Yup...the Flamingo.
We've stayed there a couple times years ago so wanted to revisit the place to see if there were any memories.
The gardens, the pool and the shops were all about the same. There's not much change in that place.
After strolling through the Flamingo, we walked down the strip to the Mirage and crossed the road for the walk back.
We went into Caesar's.
That place is really well decorated. Kathy looks at the shops while I admire all the architecture.
Of course it's Sunday and that means football. There are TVs everywhere in the land of sports betting.
Continuing up the strip, we went through the Belagio and enjoyed the fountain show with the Paris Hotel in the background.
Then it was on to Aria.
We were there for the buffet. The original plan was to eat at the Mirage, but on-line reviews steered us to the Aria. Don't know about the Mirage these days, but we were more than satisfied with Aria.
I enjoyed shrimp, crab, beef, pizza, for my main event.
There was cake, ice cream, cookies and caramel corn for dessert.
The ice cream lazy susan.
Kathy even indulged in more than usual.
We waddled out of the Aria and made our way back down the strip for a little shopping at Margaritaville then hailed an Uber ride back to the RV park to unwind and digest a week's worth of food.
We have no big plans for tomorrow. There's an outlet mall near here that I think Kathy is chomping at the bit to get to. That may be a bicycle destination for us. There's always a dip in the pool as well.
